State joint stock company «Uzbekenergo» announced a tender for construction of photovoltaic power plant in Samarkand region. The tender was announced for selection of general contractor for designing, building and operation of 100 megawatt grid-connected crystalline photovoltaic power plant with fixed tilt assembly in Samarkand.

The project envisages construction of generating capacities for 100 megawatt. The project will be financed with the loan of the Asian Development Bank, as well as resources of the Fund for Reconstruction and Development of UzbekistanRead more here.
