• Our clients' best interests always come first. We make certain our efforts go to best support client success--even if it doesn't help Bridgepoint's near or long-term gain.
• We arm ourselves with knowledge. We take time to understand our clients and their business objectives so we can make meaningful contributions.
• We don't always say yes. While we strive to create a cooperative environment, we aren't afraid to ask difficult questions and challenge client thinking.
• We believe in being proactive. We strive to anticipate clients' expectations and issues.

Employees

• We hire strong professionals and empower them. We arm employees with the tools to be successful and always "have their backs"-- even in difficult client situations.
• We provide flexible opportunities. Not all individuals are motivated by the same career goals, so we work to understand each employee's goals and how we can help achieve them.

Referral Partners and Business Community

• We know it's not all about us. While we each have our own interests, we understand the give and take. We help our partners with referrals and advice whenever possible.
• Respect partner turf. Often we get a referral from a partner where there can be overlap of services. We are mindful not to expand our scope of service into the turf of our partner.
• We give back. We share our leadership and resources with the the community. This can be in the form of helping those going through career changes, supporting local organizations with financial and human resources, or assisting entrepreneurs with free advice.
