I worked security/parking at my Church's Yardsale Saturday. So there was no agility class or basic for that matter. Both classes will be back and badder than ever this Saturday. I did not do my usual Saturday Obedience walk either. We did have a special Sunday Swim Party Picnic at Eagle Pond! It was wonderful!

It was Trilbey's (sp?) first time at a pond. To see how she did visit my Facebook page and find the album Dogman Swim Party Picnic and find out!

We had a small turnout last Wednesday for advanced class. It was good though as we had a new dog that has not had much experience with other dogs. She is a spooky girl. It was fun to see her confidence go up after she mastered the tunnel. The lower number of dogs was nice for her. Her first group experience was not so overwhelming. It would be great to have an overwhelming number of dogs this Wednesday!

I took this shot of Sandi jumping off the sea wall at Chapin Beach Dennis. I like that it looks like she is a little Pixie dancing on the hood of my truck. This sun set became outstanding. I took other photos with my guilt Camera. I posted the photo album to my facebook page if you want to see them.

Puppyboy got his summer clip!

He will be cooler and will not get his hair tangled if he runs through brush. If you have a good before and after photos of your dog's summer clip, send them to me and I will post them!

Went out to dinner with Dogboy the other night at the Chartroom. Dogboy had one of their famous Mudslides. At the end of the evening, he actually picked up over half the tab! It made me weep to think my little boy is growing up!

P.S. I hope no planes crash on their way to Europe!

CALENDAR PHOTOS SUBMISSIONS NEEDED

Here are some new photos sent to me for consideration for THE DOGMAN 2015 CALENDAR. I will also go through some of the photos that I have taken. If your pooch is dog of the month....You get a free Calendar! They will be for sale starting in August. I always took some great pictures of my ex-dog Sophie, since I no longer have her, there are now 12 months up for grabs! Try to use a regular camera as the photos blow up better. Some of the new phones seem to have pretty good cameras in them so the resolution may not be a problem.

OBEDIENCE WALK

Indian land Dennis

The Indian lands are located behind the town offices on Main Street Dennis. There is water so the dogs can swim and cool off. Bring a towel to protect your car. We do a half hour of obedience then walk romp and play!

Cybbie is another dog I have worked with from a Dachshund hoarding situation. She was naughty (nipped her new owner) and was very resistant to training. She realized resistance is futile and was calm and submissive when I left.
