On Saturday, August 22, from 5 to 7 p.m., Point Roberts authors will gather at Brewster's Fine Foods for a book signing celebration.

Hawaii, Las Vegas flights back at BLI


Alaska Airlines is bringing back daily flights to Hawaii and Las Vegas out of Bellingham International Airport (BLI).

Seabright Farm hosts Fight the Towers benefit


This Sunday, August 23, The Cottages at Seabright Farm will host a benefit concert and picnic for the Cross-Border Coalition to Stop the Towers. The concert will be from 1 to 5 p.m., and will include live music, a picnic, a silent auction, games prizes and more. Admission is by donation and includes a picnic lunch.
