Endangered species smuggler pleads guilty


 

A Richmond antiques dealer accused of using a Point Roberts parcel service as part of a conduit to smuggle rhinoceros horns and elephant ivory has pleaded guilty in federal court.

Openings on community advisory committee

Two members of the Point Roberts Community Advisory Committee (PRCAC) will hit their term limits in January 2015, leaving room for some new blood.


Point Roberts Taxpayers' Association member Ron Clark has been chosen by the association to replace Arthur Reber, association representative and PRCAC chair.
