Nicaraguan Mission
Items Needed for Nicaragua Auction on September 18!
In past years, parishioners have generously donated items such as tickets to the Muny, etc. to the Nicaragua Auction. Since the Auction will be in held September this year, summer events are not as easily donated as winter events. Surely, some of you have tickets to the Cardinals (fall games), Blues, Rams, or Billikens games, or tickets to the Rep, the Symphony, CASA, The Bach Society, the FOX, the Sheldon, or other arts or entertainment events that you would be willing to donate to a good cause and for a tax deduction. If so, contact Larry Butterfield, Auction Co-Chair at: lbutter@hotmail.com or 314.570.4684 or WSMM Chairman Carroll Stribling at: carroll.stribling@gmail.com or 314.956.5973.
'Check out' at the Carolina de Sirker School Library
Books have been unpacked from the 2nd suitcases to Nicaragua. Thanks to the generosity of parishioners at CSMSG and Good Shepherd, missioners are stocking the library shelves. Many reading adventures await to be checked out by the children at the Carolina de Sirker School. Muchas gracias to Mary Pier and her book team!

Outreach
To the left of the Taylor Room are two closets marked Hunger Ministry. This is where you will find pans, recipes, Meal-a-Month Yellow Bags, and shelves to place filled Meal-a-Month Bags. They are all now located together.
Contact Becky Zaccarello at zaclife@aol.com for further information, or check with the Church Reception Desk. Your giving and sharing mean so much to so many!
Shelter Ministry Volunteers Needed
The Shelter Ministry is looking for a handful of additional dedicated volunteers who would be willing to commit to serving at the Shelter breakfast one Sunday a month: i.e., either the first, second, third, or fourth Sunday of each month. We need folks who will help with cooking, set-up, and serving breakfast from 6:15 AM to about 8:15 AM. We are also looking for volunteers to establish dishwashing crews for each Sunday from 7:30 AM to about 8:25 AM.
If any among you are willing to say, "Here I am", please contact Nick Clifford at 314.224.5626 or nickclifsr@yahoo.com or Laurie Brown at laurie@csmsg.org.
