Please pick up a CSMSG business card(s) from the "planters" located in the Narthex and Great Hall. Plant one of CSMSG's "Seeds for Growth" in the hand of a friend who is looking to be a part of a wonderful story and a church community. We need your help to help us grow!

| Canterbury Bookstore|
It's this simple: Stop by the Canterbury Bookstore. View and explore the books, Bibles, prayer books, seasonal resources, children's literature, and gifts. Ask for assistance, and come often.
New summer reading suggestions:
Daily Devotions with William Barclay includes 365 Meditations on the Heart of the New Testament. William Barclay, one of the most beloved writers of his generation, collected in this devotional volume some of the finest writings from the Daily Study Bible. These wonderful insights into the wisdom of the New Testament are sure to draw the reader closer to God and His will for us each day.
The Red Sea Rules by Robert Morgan reveals, even in the midst of seemingly impossible situations, God's promise to make a way for us. Life is hard, especially for Christians. It is certain that we will face difficulties, and that God will allow them, as He allowed the Israelites to become trapped between Pharaoh's rushing armies and the uncrossable Red Sea. Just as certain is the fact that the same God who led us in will lead us out.
The Spirituality of Gardening by Donna Sinclair is both personal and prophetic. Written with journalistic skill and poetic passion, it will encourage gardeners and all who care about this planet. The stories, images, and gardening experiences awaken us to a deep love and compassion for planet earth. This book is peaceful, challenging, nourishing, and inspiring.
Reminder: The Canterbury Bookstore does not collect sales tax and always offers free gift wrapping. Special orders are welcome and gold imprinting is available on available books for $15. All greetings cards are $1.

The Knitting Ministry
In September, the Knitting Ministry will celebrate its tenth birthday! The Knitting Ministry knits mantles of comfort (prayer shawls), baby blankets, and chemo caps. In the last ten years, this ministry has knitted and donated 377 prayer shawls, 74 chemo caps, and 98 baby blankets. We meet once a month on Saturday for knitting, conversation, and lunch. If you are interested in joining us, please contact Nicki Gillis at email@example.com or 314.863.0407. If Saturdays don't work for you, but want to join, please let Nicki know.
Please be considerate of our neighbors on Ellenwood and Wydown. Take advantage of the complimentary valet parking on Sundays and do not park in front of driveways.
Valet service by Midwest Parking will be available on Sunday mornings for elderly parishioners and those with special needs. This valuable service is being provided by an anonymous benefactor whom we thank for this very generous gift!
Please consider giving flowers in celebration of a special event, in honor or in memory of a loved one. Order forms are available near the Ellenwood Narthex.
