Congratulations to the 2015-2016 Holy Spirit High School Mock Trial Team and Volunteer Attorney Coaches for being chosen to present at the Annual Training Workshop for Teachers and Attorney Coaches sponsored by the NJ Bar Association on October 21, 2015 at the NJ Law Center in New Brunswick.

200 teachers and volunteer coaches from across the state were in attendance and received professional development hours for this outstanding workshop. Holy Spirit's Defense Team went against the Prosecution Team from Kingsway Regional using this year's case before the Honorable Mark A. Baber, Superior Court Judge of Hudson County. 

In addition, Holy Spirit Faculty Advisor, Mr. David Pfeifer and Holy Spirit Volunteer Attorney Coach, Ms. Mary Beth Clark, Esq., led the professional development seminar, "Rules of Evidence Summary".

And for the first time, courtroom artists were available during the trial, and Holy Spirit student artist Kara O'Brien had the opportunity to work with these professional artists. WOW - what an experience!
