SPARTANS ATTENDING PAPAL MASS THIS WEEK!

The day has finally come -  the Holy Father will arrive this afternoon at Andrews Air Force Base. As as our region prepares to be his host,  a number of Holy Spirit Spartans will
have the opportunity to participate in one of the Papal Masses.

The  Press of Atlantic City featured a wonderful story of six Diocesan Catholic High School students, including our own Holy Spirit Spartans Tarryn Slattery '16 and Julia Dalzell '16, who will be attending the Papal Mass at Madison Square Garden on Friday as guests of Bishop Dennis Sullivan. We are grateful to Bishop Sullivan, and thrilled our young people are having this blessed experience.

Oh wait - it looks like the Pope stopped for a selfie on his way!
Holy Spirit Principal, Miss Susan Dennen, will travel to Washington, DC to participate in the Papal Mass  and Canonization at the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception on the campus of The Catholic University of America on Wednesday, and

Holy Spirit Alumnus, Abbey Werner '12 - a senior at Catholic University of America, has been selected as a student volunteer for Wednesday's Papal Mass and Canonization.

Each of these Spartans will be providing us photos and reactions to their experience for us to share!
