swimclinicsTriathlon Open Water Swim Clinics - TriFitness Training

Set the stage for a great race day by being confident, comfortable and relaxed as you come out of the water! These Open Water Swim Clinics provide the opportunity to experience all the elements that you will be challenged with on race day. Learn breathing, sighting, and pacing techniques. Practice in a safe and supportive setting with experienced coaches, and have your plan to race day.

Kudos from a past participant, "I began taking swim lessons this past winter, so naturally showing up in June for an open water swim during high tide on the Gunpowder River was a little unnerving. The first thing that stood out to me was the high level of organization and safety support provided by the TriFitness Training coaches and staff. One you understand you are in a safe environment, it's easy to relax and just swim! The whole experience was a big boost of confidence to overcome the mental "freak-out" of being outside the safety net of the pool, and better prepared to face the challenges of race day!"
