Mary Anne White Summer Camp*
Eighty campers experienced the excitement of learning a new sport, adventures at sea, and enjoyed the chills and thrills of an ice rink when they attended the
Mary Anne White Summer Camp*
at Blind Children's Learning Center.

* The camp is named in honor of Mary Anne White, a child who received in-home services from Blind Children's Learning Center Vision Stimulation Specialists. Mary Anne's family is
deeply grateful for the role the Center played in caring for their precious child. Their wish is that the Mary Anne White Summer Camp continues to bring joy and wonderful memories for all children with special needs, like Mary Anne.

The First Tee Orange County adapted their signature program - Life Skills Experience for our campers. They customized their equipment and prepared their dedicated volunteers to give even our littlest campers the experience of playing golf. Check out the pictures. We have future golfers in training!

Makapo Aquatics Project is dedicated to helping athletes who are blind or visually impaired reach their potential. They welcomed our campers to the Newport Aquatic Center for a day of fun on and in the water. Pictures
The Rinks Anaheim Ice, the official training facility for the Anaheim Ducks, opened one of their rinks for our campers to feel the chills and thrills of ice skating. Pictures

Essential summer sports are Basketball and Baseball.  Tim O'Donogue's Orange County Baseball Camp shared their love of the game with campers. You'll see from the pictures they're ready to "play ball."
OC Kickboxing instructors brought boxing gloves to introduce campers to the art of self-defense.  Pictures

After a week of energetic activities our campers were prepared to shine at Camp Olympics.  Team competition included relay races, water balloons, laughing, cheering and so much more. Pictures
