AZAGC along with other industry partners have been working hard on providing feedback to the legislature regarding the new law surrounding prime contracting. A great deal of work has gone into the draft revision and special thanks go to the Senator Lesko, the Arizona Builders Alliance, Craig McPike of Snell and Wilmer, LLP and David James of FNF Construction.

While the proposed changes are considered consensus items, members must understand that the legislative process can bring challenges. Therefore, AZAGC cautions its membership that many changes can occur before the proposed legislation reaches the governor's desk for approval.
