What message would you say to folks to be successful in this industry?

TH: Stay actively involved and connected with people in the industry. This includes knowing the contractors, the service providers (including financial, legal, suppliers, etc.) and the regulators. Also, with variables such as economic factors and new tax laws impacting businesses, it's important for contractors to regularly step back and examine their business model to ensure it's structured for success.

What else would you like to share with the members of AGC?

TH: The more you get involved the more you will get out of your membership with the Arizona Chapter AGC.
