Fine Art Spotlight:
Dominion Participates in Gallery Exhibit

In honor of "Atlanta Celebrates Photography", Dominion Christian High School students have images on display in a gallery exhibition in Ponce City Market in Downtown Atlanta.

Dominion is one of 23 schools in the Atlanta area on exhibit. The student photography which consists of select Yearbook students of Mrs. Huff's and Mrs. Rudd's Photography class was varied in technique and style and was extremely creative. In addition Mrs. Huff and Mrs. Rudd were invited to display their personal photography along with other Atlanta area artists.
Atlanta Celebrates Photography is a multi-venue festival that has highlighted Atlanta photographers for the last 17 years. We hope to make it an annual initiative for
Dominion to participate each year. It is good for art students to know the feeling of exhibiting in a real gallery setting and group shows are a great way to start .

Hours for viewing:
Thursday and Friday 11AM-2PM (October 8,9,15,16,22)
Saturday 10AM-4PM   (October ,10,17)
Sunday 12PM-4PM ( October ,11,18)

Ponce City Market, 675 Ponce De Leon Ave NE, Atlanta, GA 30308

Support the DCS Rewards Programs
Parents, we have added another simple way for Dominion to earn money through a new rewards program. The Amazon Smile program will donate .5% on eligible purchases to Dominion Christian Schools for those who participate in the program. To get started, you must shop through their Amazon Smiles site: http://smile.amazon.com/ instead of the traditional Amazon site.  Once on this site, search for "Dominion Christian Schools, Inc" Marietta, GA and choose our school as the beneficiary. You will then shop as usual (all products/prices are the same as the regular amazon site). If everyone participates, the .5% will add up to a respectable donation for Dominion. Last year you all helped our school raised approximately $1000 from box tops, coke rewards, and labels for education. Thank you so much for your continued participation in all of these programs!
