Come explore the caverns of Raccoon Mountain near Chattanooga, TN with us! You are guaranteed to get wet, get muddy, and have fun as we crawl and squeeze through the cracks and crannies of the network of caves! I have rarely felt as proud to call myself part of a community as I was at the DCS drama presentation in December. Words can't express how grateful I am to the parents and families who pitched in to make our dinner theatre, "Dead Men Don't Need Dress Rehearsals," was a success!

Thank you so much...
for your prayers and support as I traveled to South Africa over Thanksgiving. It was so humbling to see how little the people of Shongweni have, but how rich in love they are as well. I was able to be a part of many special events during this trip. It was the 25th anniversary of the Lutheran Church in Shongweni and installation of Pastor Thwala as Dean of KwaZuluNatal, which we attended our first Sunday in South Africa. It was also the first year a class completed all three years of preschool and "graduated" from the preschool that African Orphans Project helped build several years ago.
I was honored to be used by God to minister to these people, by helping to build a home for a family and also by just playing with and loving on the children.
