Parent-Teacher Conferences
As we come close the end of first quarter...
Although Dominion does not have "formal" parent/teacher conference days, we do encourage parent-teacher communication throughout the school year. If needed, please contact your child's teacher to set up a time to meet. Or if you just need a quick update or explanation, send a quick email to the teacher.

We also are happy to accommodate group conferences if desired. These can be scheduled by contacting Mr. Peeples ([email protected]).

See You At the Pole
Global Day of Student Prayer

See You at the Pole™, the global day of student prayer, began in 1990 as a grass roots movement with ten students praying at their school. Twenty years later, millions pray on their campuses on the fourth Wednesday in September.

See You at the Pole™ is simply a prayer rally where students meet at the school flagpole before school to lift up their friends, families, teachers, school, and nation to God. See You at the Pole™ is a student-initiated, student-organized, and student-led event.

Join us...
  • Wednesday, September 25
  • 7:15 AM, "At the Pole"
  • For Student-Lead Worship & Prayer

"If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land." 2 Chronicles 7:14

Please join us as we put our faith in action and lift up our school, our country and our world to the Lord in prayer.

All-School Retreat
The Countdown is on...
Our annual "All School Retreat" is four weeks away. We are fast approaching our time annual time at Sharp Top Cove! October 2-4 will be here soon, so we wanted to let you know what to expect, particularly for our new families!

We take this retreat each year with a goal of creating community within DCS as well as setting up our year with a time of worship and spiritual growth. For many students this is one of their fondest memories here at DCS. We leave the text books, homework, and city limit signs behind and focus on strengthening, building and creating relationships that often last for life.
