Swedish Massage

$30 for 60 Minutes

Swedish massage is the most common style of massage given in the Spa setting. Applied with oil, enjoy deeply relaxing stokes designed to increase blood circulation and relieve stress.

GRAD CLINIC: Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Advanced Modalities $40 for 50 Minutes

Receive a massage from one of our graduate therapists in our Graduate Clinic. All therapists are licensed massage therapists, proficient in a range of advanced modalities. For those looking for deeper work, or a more experienced touch, this massage is just for you!

Medical Qigong

Sessions are fully clothed, relaxing and soothing and provide the release of stress on all levels. Medical Qigong is a combination of energy work and Qigong massage. It addresses the internal organs, meridians, chakra gates, and body systems, to assist the body in its natural process of repair and restoration of harmony.

Craniosacral

Craniosacral uses gentle holds over the spine, sacrum, and skull to allow for a more total relaxation of the entire upper torso. This massage is fully clothed and can help release head and neck trauma and relieve chronic and consistent low grade tension and pain held in the body.
