This month we turn our attention to the profound life giving, transformative capacity of WATER-  water pouring from our heavens, water in our ground and acquifers, and water within the brain, dural tube and precious vessels of our bodies. 

Tomorrow, November 4th, is voting day.  Each eligible voter in our county has the opportunity to cast a vote to protect and preserve the precious water that pours from our heavens, collects in our acquifers and flows within our bodies.  The activist within me, requests your YES vote on Measure P and your engagement with the NO's or undecided in your community. A YES on Measure P, is a yes to protecting  our precious water and environment- the backbone of our economy, our health and wellbeing.  The update last night at the Democratic Party headquarters, is that we are now evenly tied with the No on measure P based on the information gathered from our outreach phone banking and door to door.   Therefore every YES on measure P is critical.   To learn more visit: www.yesonmeasurep.com .

This week we begin two bodywork classes that promote the circulation of two precious waters or fluids within our body: lymph and cerebral spinal fluid. Lymph is the fluid that bathes all the cells and tissues of the body. Within the abdomen there are deep nodes surrounding the organs  that allow the lymph to be cleansed and cleared of pathogens. The cerebral spinal fluid bathes the brain and spinal chord and circulates rhythmically with the pumping of the 4th ventricle of the brain and breathing of the craniosacral bones. Each of these precious fluids is greatly enhanced by the practice of these modalities.  

On Thursday we begin Visceral Lymphatic Drainage and on Saturday we begin Craniosacral Therapy I.  November and December are also the last two months to finish a 250 program for certification within the state of California.  See below for listings, visit our website or give us a call for more information.
