We have 2 offerings for YOU this week!! 

Tonight join us for an introduction to Swedish Massage. If you have ever wanted to become a bodyworker this is your chance to get a sneak peak! Certification for the State of California is changing so we encourage anyone who may be interested to join our classes NOW before the requirement doubles!!

Starting this Friday we have Five Element Physiology & Nutrition with Matthew Jones!! This 20 hour course will leave you feeling confident and excited about Nutrition and how your body is effected by the elements, earth, fire, wood, air and water. If you ever wanted to learn about how to nurture your body & spirit, this is the class for you!!

Five Element Physiology & Nutrition
Intro: Friday, October 3rd 9am - 10:30am

In this course, student will learn:
  • to assess the body's five element patterns of wood, fire, earth, metal and water with tongue diagnosis and observation
  • the nutritional qualities of various whole grains, beans and vegetables
  • how to tonify the five elements through food choices and preparation, and herbal supplements
  • how to trace the meridian pathways in the body and tonify the 5 elements with Qigong practice.
