 Greetings!

Ever wonder what measures you could take to become resilient to passing germs and prevent or resolve chronic immune deficiency syndromes?

The Lymphatic System is the fluid system in the body designed to collect, contain, and transform viruses, bacteria and fungi with various lymphocytes and macrophages. With excellent nutrition, rest, exercise and time in nature our lymphatic systems are designed to handle these pathogens.

In recent times we have added new foreign pathogens to our external and internal environment that we do not have the capacity to transform or neutralize so to speak with lymphocytes or macrophages. These pathogens are: heavy metals, pesticides and various chemicals.

Scientists have found these toxins weaken the immune system and increase the body's inflammatory response, in addition to effecting the processes of diseases such as cancer, diabetes and auto immune disorders.

The amount of exposure we are receiving to heavy metals, pesticides, and chemicals has increased dramatically in our lifetimes, hence the concurrent rise in auto immune challenges. Our immune systems need extra help to respond to these challenges.

Lymphatic Massage is one of the most effective options for safely eliminating environmental toxins.

belly massage We invite you to join us in immersing yourself in the healing waters of your own lymphatic system. Learn how to enhance its capacity to be viscous, rich in lymphocytes and circulating freely throughout your body. Give your lymph system a gentle flushing and open your abdominal organs to greater ease and function.

Blessings,
