You are invited to D-stress and D-compress.

This massage uses sustained pressure applied with the therapists feet, to specific areas of irritability in the muscle tissue, offering a deep release.

Trigger points caused by trauma create changes in the chemical balance in the tissue, irritating the sensory systems and generating physical as well as emotional stress. With applied pressure these areas are released and feelings of stress no longer dominate.
