Matthew Jones offers the five element approach to nutrition which will empower you to sense and follow your nutritional needs.  
This course blends eastern Chinese principles, a comprehensive study of whole foods, and Qigong exercises designed to gently put your body's innate wisdom in the driver's seat of your choices. Bring new awareness to your impulsive cravings, consumption of convenience foods, old eating patterns, habits and emotional needs.
