Greetings!

GOT ENERGY? GOT ZEST?  If that is not an unequivocal yes, then you might consider, when was the last time you took a full deep breath? Felt a relaxed, warm, softness in your belly? Felt easeful, spaciousness at the back of your brain? Felt calm and clear in your thoughts and emotions? Woke up refreshed and vital- ready for Tigers?

A great way to get more energy is to enhance function. When we relax the belly, the whole body works better. Digestion and elimination are strong, we breathe deeply, we have deep, satisfying belly laughts, we let our whole body shake when we are sad,  we have heightened awareness (gut feelings) and we  shake off various bugs and pathogens with ease.  Visceral Lymphatic Drainage, focuses on releasing knots and tangles around the deep lymphatic nodes in the belly thus enhancing organ function.  This 35 Hour course presents advanced lymphatic techniques that will safetly detoxify the vital organs and drain the deep lymphatic vessels.

What does a warm, soft belly have to do with abundant energy?

◦Tension in the belly can impede the flow of lymph and lower immune function. The belly is where the deep lymph nodes reside around the intestines. The lymph system circulates the killer cells that neutralize foreign particles.

◦Tension in the belly can impede taking that full deep breath. The muscles in the belly are designed to gently move in and out with each diaphragmatic breath.

◦Tension in the belly can prevent the release of essential feel good neurotransmitters like serotonin. The small intestine stores the majority of serotonin in the body rather than the brain.

◦Tension in the belly can impede the assimilation of nutrients in the small intestine and elimination of waste in the large intestine.

◦Tension in the belly can bottle up lots of undigested feelings. When we let our body shake and vibrate in response to our emotions, we allow e-motion or energy to be in motion- to move through us, and radiate through all our channels and vital centers.

To learn more about the benefits of  lymphatic drainage and the immune response,  we invite you to watch  instructor Matthew Jones discuss and demonstrate the work.http://www.blip.tv/file/3010773

What is possible with Visceral Lymphatic Drainage Massage?
"My belly feels softer. Wow, I feel like I can take a full deep breath, and I feel cleaner inside. The work on my legs gave me a sense of relief and my belly feels much more open. I have so much more room for breathing. I want another session."
Sonia Ross, SBBTI Instructor

"The viscera seems to be the foundation for health and dis-ease. Healthy organs make a healthy body. Its not just about the bodywork, receiving Visceral Lymphatic Drainage also brings awareness to the emotional and nutritional aspects of overall health.  In my personal experience, doing work on my viscera has led to processing of old emotions that I didn't realize were an issue as well as helped to resolve musculo-skeletal syndromes."
Cameron Atkins, 1000hr student

"Its yummy. It moves stuff around in a good way and I feel great afterwards."
Julian Lake, 250 grad

"With all the blockages that I have had, I seem to be opening up more. There was a release level that I have had with this work that I have not felt before."
Jeff Earnest, 550 student

"My recent series of visceral sessions with Cameron, released some very old binding in my large intestine, ovaries and vena cava. After the visceral work,  and concurrent counseling, I am experiencing a lightness of being around old emotional issues and am needing  less sleep, wake refreshed and ready to start my day."
