What is Possible with Massage Certification-
Couple's thriving massage practices as Grandma and Grandpa
"We are doing great we love it. I am Spa Director at the Hadsten House in Solvang. I've been working there as a therapist and Spa Director's Assistant for the past 3 1/2years and just got promoted to Spa Director. My job is fantastic. I love it. I do massage as well as manage. It's like a small family with five therapists. Before massage I worked in the grocery industry and hurt my back on the job- long hours and hard physical work. I paid for my own vocational rehabilitation sixteen years ago and started out doing maintenance work and massage work part-time. Now I am full time at Hadsten. We recently did travel Zoo promotions, we sold 500 spa packages. We were slammed with so much work for 5 months. We were all ready for a break when that was over. Business has been really good here."
Richard Lemay (SBBTI 200hr graduate)
"I am doing really well I was voted Best in the Santa Ynez Valley by the Santa Valley News and Journal four years In a row 2006-2009. I work out of four hotels and have my own clients. Before massage I was a seamstress and had over 800 clients. When I graduated, I let all my clients know I was doing massage now . The clients who came to me for sewing came to me for massage as well. I earn now between $4000-$6000/month. Rickard and I work hard and we do very well. It keeps us busy and off the streets. We have three grandbabies and we get to spend lots of time with them as well"

What's Possible with Massage Certification-
Dream Job at Ski Resort,
"I am so excited, once again BTI is sending me off to another adventure! Since I got my license as a massage therapist you guys have always hooked me up with a new job or person needing my services. The first was with Julie Menacuchi with fes Parkers resorts and Spa and then because of Barefoot Deep Tissue , I got the job out at El Capitan. Rose Kahn, whom I met through doing Thai clinics at SBBTI, became a regular client. When I decided to go to New Zealand, Rose connected me with people to trade board in exchange for massage for 2 1/2 months. Now, I just got a job at Body Sage Spa in Jackson Wyoming. I will be a fulltime massage therapist for the winter."
