I wanted to thank you all for the exceptional work you did on both Wade and Liz's wedding and Kendra and Jamie's wedding. The location of the weddings were outdoors and high up in the mountains, it was a challenge for a number of reasons. We are 8 miles from a very small town with no access to good grocery stores or any of the usual amenities we take for granted. We also had a torrential rain and hail storm during the dinner. Everything that Blue Plate did was above and beyond our expectations. The food was fabulous. The service in a very difficult situation was nothing short of perfection. All of the staff went far beyond what was expected and worked through the weather, the terrain, and all of the other problems to make both of our children's weddings just what they wanted. Our guests wanted to make sure that we tipped the servers extra because they worked so hard in a pouring rain storm and still managed to feed everyone the delicious food and wine with a smile on their faces. I couldn't recommend any company more. Thank you Blue Plate Staff!
