flavours. Good intensity, with a touch of bitterness and butter in the finish. Try
this with simply seasoned grilled fish."

Tasting Notes - Aromas of rose petals lead the way for lychee, grapefruit, and spice. The palate is full of grapefruit, lychee, rose water, and asian pear with spice notes. This is a dry style Gewürztraminer with mouth-watering acidity. 

Only 16% of the Chardonnay spends 2 months in new French oak barrels. Just enough time to give a hint of buttery vanilla, but not over power the lemon zest, pear, pineapple, and banana.  Pair this Chardonnay with creamy seafood dishes.
