Monsieur & Madame Mestreguilhem

Chateau Joinin is located in Rauzan, in the Entre-Deux-Mers. It was was cared for by one family for several generations until it was purchase by the Mestreguilhem family in 1989, owners of the famed Chateau Pipeau.   

Monsieur and Madame Mestreguilhem produce Merlot based Bordeux from 30 year old vines on the sun drenched plateaus of the Joinin Estate. In 2000, the winery was newly equipped with modern technology, better to serve the quality of Château Joinin, with particular care being taken of the environment. Pragmatism and empiricism, passion and meticulous care blend together in traditional wine-making.

The latest line of the story was written in 2006 by Dominique Lauret-Mestreguilhem, with the purchase of Château Pindefleurs, Saint Emilion Grand Cru.
