3 Simple Rules

Many businesses want to start planning for 2015, and fall is the perfect analogy for the season of change. Companies want to educate, empower, and engage their employees for growth and profitability. When I help people with setting their goals, I encourage them to follow these three simple rules.

1) If you do not GO after what you want, you'll never have it.

2) If you do not ASK, the answer will always be NO.

3) If you do not STEP FORWARD, you'll always be in the same place.

These rules have helped me be successful beyond my wildest dreams, especially stepping out of my own comfort zone. What rule would initiate a positive change for you this fall?
