Kobo has implemented a new price drop for the Kobo Arc tablet, effective as of March 1, 2014.

The current price of each device is as follows:
  • $99- 16GB old Arc
  • $99- 32GB old Arc (New! Marked down from $129)
  • $149- 64GB old Arc 
In order to receive your rebate via ACH transfer please follow the steps below:

1.  Gather supporting documentation for units sold in your store.  A printout from your POS is best, but if that is not available please create a spreadsheet with your in-stock inventory as of 3/1/14.  Please include the following:
  • The name of the item (32GB Arc)
  • The quantities of each
  • The name of your store
  • Name of the promotion (Arc March Price Protection)
  • Contact email for your store 
2.  Log in to the Kobo Reporting Tool at http://kobo.bookweb.org. 
If you do not remember your log in information, please email kobosupport@bookweb.org (Hint- Your username is your affiliate ID).

3.  After logging in, click on the red link "Kobo Arc Price Drop".

4.  Attach your supporting documentation.

5.  Before submitting, please double check your numbers! Each store can only submit the form once.

Be sure to add affiliate tracking to the link--

 

For example:
If your affiliate ID was ABA-12345, the link would be constructed as follows:

When constructing your link, keep ?utm_medium=web&utm_source= at the end of the URL and replace 'ABA-12345' with your store's ID.

Sales earned during the months of November and December have been processed and are on the way to your bank accounts via ACH Transfer.  Additionally, stores that participated in the Black Friday / Cyber Monday rebate should be receiving their reimbursements in the coming days.
