WHAT I TEACH
The focus is not just on the outcome but on the merits of the work itself.
I am much more focused on the essence of what I do, how the teaching occurs, the learning experience itself, than the subject matter. Learning is the result of an impactful experience. The story of a conference is told by the experience of attendees more than by what is being taught.
I was invited to lead four sessions at the upcoming QuickBooks consultants conference, Scaling New Heights 2016, in Atlantis, The Bahamas: "Implementing Inventory like a Pro - Key Problems and Questions for Clients with Inventory", "QuickBooks Enterprise Advanced Inventory Management" (2-part course), and "QuickBooks on a Local Network - Best Practices."
I am among a select few that have been a facilitator at every Scaling New Heights conference since inception in 2009. I thank my friend and colleague Joe Woodard for the continued confidence in the superior learning experience for participants.

Tracking QuickBooks 24/7/365 -- we are referring to the "always on" audit trail.
The QuickBooks audit trail is considered the "insurance" feature of the QuickBooks application. When mistakes are made, they can be traced back to aid in correcting the errors. Like a well-trained scribe, it tracks all transactions changes, including additions, editions, and deletions.
This function also helps in the discovery of fraud, as entry changes are stamped with date/time and username that made the change.
To access the audit trail, go to REPORTS > ACCOUNTANT AND TAXES > AUDIT TRAIL.
