Notice of Annual General Meeting and Chamber Board of Director Nominations

As per our corporate bylaws annual general meetings of the Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce are to be held once each calendar year, within the first three months following the last day of the Chamber's fiscal year.

The 2013 Penticton & Wine Country Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting will be held Wednesday, March 27, 2013 in the upstairs boardroom of the Penticton & Wine Country Visitor Centre from 5:00p to 7:00p.

In accordance with the bylaws, the Chamber will be seeking nominations for one-year terms for all 14 director positions. The nomination form can be found on our Penticton Chamber website.  If you are interested in joining our team of directors, please complete the form and email it to admin@penticton.org along with a small (less than 2 megs) jpeg image of yourself and a short candidate biography describing your experience and suitability for this position.

The deadline for nominations is 5pm; Wednesday, March 13, 2013.
