Changes to the Canada Pension Plan
The Government of Canada began introducing important changes to the CPP in 2011, and further changes will gradually be introduced until 2016. Many of these changes are now in effect.
Businesses will need to be aware of the impact of these key changes on payroll deductions, providing financial advice and/or retirement planning.
Attendees will have an opportunity to ask the federal government representative questions regarding the recent changes to the Canada Pension Plan.

In connection with the return to PST on April 1, 2013 the Ministry of Finance is conducting seminars across the province to assist businesses. Presenters from the ministry will be holding a seminar for the benefit of our business community and will cover pertinent topics such as registrations, filing requirements, and administrative changes. They will also be available to answer your questions.
