Oh, Say, Can You See? A Fabulous Fourth!

O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave...

Get ready Coral Gables for a special celebration of this year's Fourth of July and the City's 90th Anniversary celebration.

The City of Coral Gables, the Biltmore Hotel, UHealth, the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, Coral Gables Hospital, Greenberg Traurig, P.A., and several other corporate citizens have teamed up to help make this event possible.

When: Saturday, July 4. Golf course greens open to the public at 5 p.m. Concert starts at 7 p.m. Fireworks show begins at 9 p.m.

 

Where: The Biltmore Hotel, 1200 Anastasia Avenue. If you can see the Biltmore Tower, you will see the spectacular fireworks anywhere in Coral Gables.

 

Event Parking: The City will offer convenient, free parking and shuttle service throughout the evening to and from the Biltmore Hotel. Shuttle service begins at 5 p.m. from the following locations. (Please note: The last shuttle will depart for the fireworks at 8:30 p.m.)

 

Free Parking Locations:

  • BankUnited Center Surface Lot: 1245 Dauer Drive

  • University of Miami Ponce Garage: 5665 Ponce de Leon Blvd.

  • Coral Gables War Memorial Youth Center Parking Lot: 405 University Drive

  • Coral Gables Parking Garage 4 - City Hall Shuttle Stop: 385 Andalusia Avenue

 

Bike Valet: Trade four wheels for two and ride your bike to the fireworks celebration. The easy, secure and complimentary Bike Valet Parking service is provided by Green Mobility Network. Ride your bike to the William H. Kerdyk Biltmore Tennis Center next to the Biltmore. Hours of operation are 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

Refreshments are available for purchase. 

 

NO Fireworks (including sparklers), smoking, grills, pets, tents, glass containers and weapons are permitted at the event. Read more...
 

Traffic: Anastasia Ave. from Granada Blvd. to Malaga Ave. will be closed for vehicular traffic beginning at 2 p.m. Granada Blvd. from Anastasia Ave. to Bird Rd. will be closed at approximately 6 p.m. depending on the volume of traffic.  Streets will reopen after the fireworks at approximately 10:30 p.m. depending on vehicle and pedestrian traffic.
