At this special meeting, the Coral Gables City Commission will continue discussions about the Mediterranean Village Planned Area Development (PAD). This is a 6.7-acre mixed-used project located near the Central Business District on the site of the approved 2007 Old Spanish Village Project. Please note: That the public hearing portion of the meeting was completed and no further public comments will be held at the continuation of the first reading, in accordance with the governing procedure. In the event that the matter passes on first reading there will be another opportunity for public comments at the second reading.
