Dear Parents and Guardians:
There is a one correction to last week's Friday Folder with regard to when report cards will be posted on PowerSchool. The correct date is Monday, November 18th.
Also, on Thursday, November 14th, all students in grade 8 will collectively have their picture taken for the class' panoramic photo.

Attention all BMS 7th Graders! Free YMCA Membership For All Seventh Graders for the 2013-14 school year!
Congratulations to Allie Maffei for winning the Rutgers Football Tickets as a part of the school-wide campaign for students to join the Y and be healthy. Allie attended the Y more than any of her peers during the month of October!
A reminder that any 7th grade BMS student can still sign up and get a free membership to the Somerset Hills YMCA for the remainder of the 2013-14 school year. Click here to get the details of the free membership.
Attention Students in Grades 7 & 8! Teens Invited to Free 'Many Faces' Leadership Conference
Somerset County teens in grades 7 to 12 are invited to attend Somerset County's 17th annual Youth Conference on Thursday, Nov. 14, from 6 to 9 p.m. The theme this year is"Many Faces." The conference is sponsored by the Somerset County Board of Chosen Freeholders and the Somerset County Youth Council.
The conference will be held in the first-floor conference room of the Human Services Building, located at 27 Warren St., Somerville, N.J. 08876. Admission is free, but participants are asked to bring a can of food, which will be donated to the Food Bank Network of Somerset County. Admission includes refreshments.
Certificates will be awarded to participants for two hours of community-service learning. Seating is limited to the first 75 students who register by the Nov. 12 deadline.

Please help support the BMS HSA! The HSA is nearly $5000 below our budget goal for the 2013-2014 school year. The HSA funds events such as Canteens, Pool Parties, the 8th Grade Class Trip, DARE, Field Day and much much more! Your donations are our ONLY school fundraiser. Save the Date for the First Annual BMS and Bedwell Casino Night
