It may be cold outside this time of year, but it is red-hot on the BMS basketball court, as your Lady Bulldogs are off to an impressive 10-0 start to the season. After giving second-year Head Coach Stephanie Ronco an early Christmas present with wins against Chester (31-27), Boonton (42-17) and Tewksbury (41-29) before the holiday break, the girls rang in the New Year with imposing wins over formidable opponents in Madison and Florham Park.  Teamwork is the name of the game for these "Dogs," with each of the following members contributing over the course of season: Caroline Baratta, Hanna Christian, Elyse Cohan, Caroline Dolan, Anna Lockward, Nicole McCloskey, Laurel McHale, Gianna Novella, Ashley Petersen, Paige Petty, Sammi Re, Cara Scaliti, Lindsey Uber and Jenna Whelan.  The backcourt of "Nothin' but Net" Baratta (14ppg) and "Pick your Pocket" Petty (4 steals per game) orchestrate a star-studded cast, while Coaches Ronco and  Michelle LeDrappier direct the team as well as any Broadway production.  So, come out and see in person the Lady Bulldogs' own rendition of "Bring It On."  It's much cheaper than trekking into the City -but just as entertaining!
