At this time, power has been restored to Bedwell but not Bernardsville Middle School.  Therefore, both Bernardsville Middle School and Bedwell will open on Friday, November 9th at the Bedwell campus following a shortened, split session schedule.

The Bedwell school day will begin at 11:30 AM and end at the normal dismissal time.  Due to the shortened schedule, the students will not eat lunch during the school day but they are welcome to bring a snack.

Bedwell's arrival and dismissal of students via buses and car rider line will be conducted as usual. Due to the expected increase in car traffic, we ask families to carpool whenever possible.  The Bernardsville Police Department has asked that all students walking to and from school be accompanied by an adult.  

Students without a safe route to school will be excused and should not attempt to report to school. Attendance modifications will be made for all students who are unable to report to school.
