It is critical to know whether your ILIT is a grantor trust for income tax purposes.  This webinar will discuss the grantor trust rules of the Internal Revenue Code, what to look for in each trust document, and the ramifications of grantor trust status.

One of the most cumbersome decisions a trustee must make is whether or not to replace a life insurance policy held in trust.  This seminar will outline the processes and procedures that must be in place to ensure that a replacement makes sense.
