Madera Canyon Nature Walk
Proctor Nature Loop Trail, Proctor Parking Area
Saturday, June 22; 8:00 AM

Join naturalist Doug Moore for a nature walk in Madera Canyon celebrating National Pollinator Week. We will look for some of the canyon's fascinating pollinators, as well as plants, birds, lizards, butterflies and other critters.

Look forward to an easy/moderate walk of about one mile on an accessible trail with some elevation gain and areas of shade. Temperatures will likely be warm, typically 85-95 degrees.

Bring comfortable walking shoes, water, sun hat, sun screen and any trail snacks you may want. Binoculars, walking stick and camera are optional.

The event is free. Usual USFS parking/use fees apply.
