What we wouldn't all give for an extra 60 minutes in a day (or even 5)! While many of you worked long hauls prior to your MBA, it was focused, which made it easy (most of the time).
The challenge during an MBA was trying to fit EVERYTHING in! Classes, study groups, student group meetings, case competitions, venture competitions, travel, social events and volunteering needed to find a space on the schedule each week. The challenge is certainly worth it!
We wanted to share some practical tools this week that will help you find an extra 5 or 10 minutes in your day.
Sincerely, Andrea & the 100 Week Sprint team

 1. Classes and meetings and recruiting... oh, my!
Fall has officially begun - and with it, your business school experience is already picking up (or about to)! You have likely heard (and will hear again and again) that one of the most important skills that will get you through your MBA program is time management. This week, we'd like to give you more practical tools to get time back. |
2. Time saving tools
We hope just being aware of all the moving parts (and this is in addition to classwork, clubs, your social life!) will inspire you to adopt some kind of master calendar. Here are some helpful apps/programs that can help you:
Reduce time wasting
Increase efficiency with common tasks
- Increase your email productivity with Boomerang or Revive Your Inbox to clear your mind of all the incoming information.
- Even daily routines such as choosing what to wear takes up time! Like Mark Zuckerberg, perhaps choose a few staple outfits to stick to.
- Up your computers' efficiency with help from Wikihow's Tutorial.
Reduce mental clutter
Eliminate "the search" for things
- Track your missing items with Tile.
- Manage your job search with JibberJobber.
- Use Evernote to keep track of sites you've visited, especially for recruiting!
