The EE Boys of Summer Shift with the Seasons
As the cooler weather blows in and the days increasingly become shorter, we at Event Enterprises continue to be in the thick of various special events that uniquely let Cincinnati shine. While we may be wearing long sleeves instead of short sleeves, and find the weather refreshing rather than a burden, the fall months still have us running around town, working with bands, organizations, venues and out-of-town celebrities - all to keep things humming along in the Queen City.
Here are just a few high notes from the past few weeks:
Hollywood & EE On Main St.
As the filming of the action thriller Maraurders wrapped up throughout our city, The Cincinnati Film Commission teamed up with the cast and actor Adrian Grenier to throw an exclusive cast party. The event took place on Oct. 10th at Japps, downtown and our team was tasked to facilitate all audio and backline needs for the evening's entertainment - The Skins out of NYC.
Oh Bring It On Back, Oh Bring It On Back
EE went to work on Sept. 10, supporting a benefit event for the Cincinnati Public Schools that featured a concert by Righteous Brothers' Bill Medley. The event was held at the well respected School of Creative & Performing Arts and had us working with Mr. Medley and his band. EE provided their entire backline package and supplemental audio for the evening.
Cheers to the 2015 Cincinnati Food + Wine Classic
One of our three jobs at Washington Park during the month of September had us back at this local hot spot to provide sound, staging, video, and labor for the second annual Cincinnati Food + Wine Classic. Their website states that "behind all the eating, drinking and partying is a strong mission to shine a national spotlight on Cincinnati and the Midwest." We were proud to play the role we did, as our mission couldn't be any more similar.
