  Florida's Alimony Bill

The Alimony Bill that is currently going through the Florida Legislature passed a milestone in April.  The bill was passed by the Senate as amended.   It now has to go to the House, where the Senate bill must be reconciled with the House version in committee, then passed on by the committee, then passed by the full House before it goes to the Governor to be signed. It is thought that the Govenor will sign the bill into law well in advance of its effective July 1, 2013 date. Stay tuned for further updates!

Next month, our firm will be introducing it's newest team members!
