Propel Careers Career Development Seminar Series:

  

In 2014, Propel began a weekly career development seminar series. This weekly seminar series will cover five different aspects of the job search process including; Job Search Boot Camp, Networking Insights, Building a Positive On-line Personal Brand, Looking your Best on Paper, and Acing the Interview. Advanced registration is required to attend each individual seminar.  Seminars are limited to 10 attendees per seminar. Seminars are held from 8:30am-10:00am at the Cambridge Innovation Center in Kendall Square, additional details will be provided upon registration.

DIVERSITY PROGRAM FOR BIOTECH - Application Deadline April 16th 2014
 
The 2014-2015 Scientist Mentoring & Diversity Program for Biotech (SMDP Biotech) pairs ethnically diverse graduate students and postdoctoral researchers interested in careers in the biotechnology industry with mentors from biotechnology companies.  The non-profit International Center for Professional Development (ICPD), in partnership with industry sponsors, offers full scholarships to attend SMDP Biotech. to learn more about ICPD, click here:
 

The Scholarships Include:

  •  A 6-day career training experience that pairs students with industry mentors from biotechnology companies (June 21-26 in San Diego, CA)
  • One year of personalized career mentoring and guidance from an industry mentor
  • The opportunity to meet and network with biotechnology industry mentors and other SMDP Biotech
  • Scholars
  • Conference accommodations, meals, complementary registration for the SMDP Biotech training
