Interview Advice for Roles in Clinical Research

When interviewing candidates for roles in clinical research, prospective employers look for passion, relevant skills, culture fit, personality fit, and excitement for the role. Responses to interview questions are carefully considered, since these provide insight into what a candidate is looking for, their interest in the role, previous work style and experiences, and potential to thrive in the new role.
