MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department, CLOSE LANE west OF BEAR CUT BRIDGE ON Crandon Boulevard

The Miami-Dade County, Parks, Recreation, and Open Spaces Department will be performing beach maintenance service on the northeast side of the Bear Cut Bridge on the Rickenbacker Causeway on Friday, Sept 9.

The beach maintenance activities will require the closing of the Crandon Boulevard westbound vehicle travel lane (exiting the causeway) prior to the Bear Cut Bridge, between the hours of 9:30 AM and 12:30 PM.  During the maintenance activities, one vehicular travel lane, and bike lane, will remain open at all times.  While the timing of the maintenance has been scheduled to avoid the rush hour period, motorists may experience traffic delays.
