Happy Mothers Day All-

Hen and Chicks

"There is a scientific reason moms rule the roost so well: Turns out, having a baby may boost spatial memory, making mothers better at remembering small details about their surroundings. That's why your mama always knew where to find every missing toy and schoolbook in the house."

- Carlos Albizu, University of Miami

Hug your Mama today or remember her in your own way if she is no longer with us.

And take care of yourselves and have a good month.

"If a well lived life is one of small triumphs,

unexpected moments of beauty, and an abiding personal satisfaction, then most of us are on

the right path. And it's a joyful path." Real Simple magazine
