Seattle Met Magazine has featured us prominently in the Schools & Education section of the December issue (see details below). We are delighted to see yoga recognized as a professional vocation. We encourage you to check out the article which includes a photo from one of our classes.
The final open house for our next 500-hour program will be Tuesday, January 15, 5:45-6:45pm. This is an RSVP event. Please email us and let us know you are coming. We would like to meet you and share the course content, philosophy and answer any questions you have about our most advanced yoga program.
We are headed to Sleeping Lady for a spring retreat with special guest Melanie Farmer, Ayurveda and astrology teacher. This retreat is inspired by the freshness of spring and its special renewing and life-affirming qualities. We have posted the dates, schedule and pricing on our website.
And don't forget our next 200-hour training will be held in the Tri-City area in Kennewick, WA, beginning in May. If you have friends in that area, please help us spread the word.
Finally, congratulations to Theresa and the Photo Yoga Shop students for the completion of their 2013 calendar on sale now and available at Taj Yoga. The photos are inspiring!

January Open House: 500-Hour Program
We invite you to meet our instructors, ask questions, and learn about Pacific Yoga's upcoming 500-Hour Teacher Training Program which starts February 15, 2013. This course is open to all who wish to advance their knowledge and practice of yoga beyond a 200-hour certificate.

A special two-hour class to benefit the homeless on Vashon. This class will focus on moving into center, getting a little sweaty and having a lot of fun for a good cause. All proceeds go to Interfaith Council to Prevent Homelessness. Email to register.
