Brother Knights,
As we begin our new fraternal year with the newly elected officers taking office, I would like to thank our outgoing officers for their hard work and dedication. For our new officers, the initial challenge will be to establish the timing and general organization for the programs we support throughout the year. The Service Programs area of Youth Activities features events such as the annual Essay Contest, the Soccer Challenge, Substance Abuse Awareness Poster Contest, and the Free Throw Program. Events such as these require resources of time and talent from our membership to be successful. Please contact our Programs Director Jerry if you are interested.
The Knights visibility within our community is easily recognized through our participation in the local parades. We need to spend some time and spruce up our parade wagon by removing the flaking paint, repair some broken parts and repaint.
