Issue #76                                                    February 2015

Happy Valentines Day

This month I am pleased to have the opportunity to go and visit the Bach Centre when I am in the UK.  It is a tranquil place to visit, and lovely to walk in the garden amongst the remedy plants and flowers.

Until next time,

Sarah

Keeping your cool with the Bach Flowers...

car_keys_map.jpg Recently my daughter was attempting to take her driving test for the second time.  Although she has been doing a lot of practicing over the last few months it is always a nerve wracking  event.

I took it upon myself to make up a mix of remedies, not just for her but I get very nervous in these situations also.  The remedy consisted of

Clematis for concentration and being focused on the matter at hand

Elm for situations when you are overwhelmed with a particular task or event. It assists with helping you to put things into perspective.

Gentian for discouragement and despondency from a set-back. (Just in case things do not go well)

Larch to give you the right amount of confidence that you may need.

Mimulus is the remedy that can assist with known fears and assists with bravery and courage.

Walnut is for protection from change and outside influences.

Rescue Remedy this wonderful combination of 5 remedies, for terror, impatience, fear of losing control, shock/trauma and lack of concentration - ideal for any stressful situation!

I am happy to say that she passed her test with flying colours!
