Happy New Year

airplane-sunset-sm.jpg 2014 was a year of transitions with our kids graduating and some goodbyes.  This year we intend to do more travelling and we will be empty-nesters for 6 months.

What are your dreams and aspirations for the New Year?

Whatever they are the remedies are there to help.

Until next time,

Moving forward with the Bach Flowers...

At the beginning of a New Year it is a time for reflection of  what we would like to achieve in the upcoming year.

Quiet often our good intentions do not last long and we tend to get swept up in the same old way of life. So what exactly is holding us back from moving forward and achieving our goals and dreams?

Fear can be a big hurdle to overcome.  Fear that what you really want to do is not financially sound, fear of change, fear of what others may think, and fear of the unknown.

Lack of confidence - that you won't be able to do it and there is not even any point in trying.

Guilt - feeling guilty about having to find someone else to look after the kids or leaving the pet alone in the house.

Change - change of routine, having to move away to a new town/country and having to start over.

Inability to find direction in life. Always having been a bit of a drifter, changing jobs, and/or not able to settle to any one thing.

Procrastination.  Putting things off and/or just leaving things the way they are.
